I made this using small canvas, wooden letters, brads, bling, and twinchies that I received in a swap. It will hang on the wall just as it is laying on the table. Another piece of inspiration for when I am having a block. LOL.

My Creativity Room

This is where the magic happens...LOL....well sometimes. And sometimes it's where the creative blocks happen. Ha-Ha. I was so excited when Danny told me I could have a creativity room. It started out with one table but quickly a 2nd table was added. I TRY really hard to keep this room clean but some nights I literally step over stuff to get out of the room.
If you look around you will see plenty of unfinished projects. The empty frame on the wall that will one day be a bulletin board, the half painted pen holder in my bookcase, the basket full of scrap paper that I am sure I will use one day....you get the idea. LOL.
See the pretty letters on the wall that say "Jenn's Creativity Room"? That was a cool surprise present from my good friend Theresa! Aren't they adorable?? I love them!!
Hopefully this weekend I will get to use the Cricut Create which is sitting on the table lonely and neglected....poor Mr. Cricut....he only wants someone to love him. LOL.

Under the Weather

I have been feeling very yucky since the beginning of February. We may have finally gotten it narrowed down to Gall Bladder but I still have to have a few more tests before they will take it out. I haven't been in a very scrappy mood lately. Mostly because of the pain. By the time I get home from work I am tired and cranky and sore.
Danny has been amazing thru the whole thing. Putting up with my crankiness like a true champ. LOL. In honor of my amazing honey, I scrapped two pages today before my Doctor's appointment. I took the pics with my phone so they are not very good quality but you get the idea.
The white scrolls on the left- I used a mask for those. I placed the mask under the paper and used sandpaper to make the design come thru. And the pretty flowers on the second page came from my dear friend Theresa. Oh....and so did the heart/scrolls on the first page. :-)

Challenge

I finished (2) 2 page layouts tonight during our Live Crop. The challenge for February is "use it up" to help get rid of that stash of supplies. I used Christmas paper from 2 years ago and stickers that I bought (literally) about 12 years ago when I first started scrapping!!! WOW!

Crop at Mandy's

Today was the monthly crop at Mandy's. I haven't been able to motivate myself to do the New York pictures....300 pictures is intimidating!!! But I did get quite a few others done. And of course I had fun with all the girls and met a few new girls from the Chicks group.
In the memory scrappers group I have a February Contest for a monochromatic layout. I thought the b/w pics of Harley were perfect for this challenge. I also finished up some Christmas pictures and a few pics from our day at the park.

Brown and Blue Mood

I went to a 12 hour crop yesterday. I am so ashamed to say that I really did not accomplish much. I am signed up for SO many swaps right now I worked on swaps all day long. I must have been in the mood for brown and blue because that is how most of my stuff turned out. Here are a card and a tag that I made for swaps.
